Saydah B Grigsby said… - Thank you Dr. Simmons, its not easy. But yes thank you for that because your page and other people i know motivated me to drink more water,calcium, and plenty of vitamins so that i stay healthy because im a soda and ice tea girl,lol. But yes thank you for the advice.

- Hello Dr Simmons, thanks for the request and also the status post on the blueberries and yogurt. As I am approaching my 6 mth of pregnancy I am saddened to say that i have not been eating healthy but I forced myself this morning to get some yogurts and fruits. Thnx for the tip.
