Memorial Day More Than A Parade

Happy Memorial Day weekend, enjoy and have fun but please remember the real reason we celebrate Memorial Day. Our soldiers had to fight for respect and acceptance of their race while fighting for their country. They did not let prejudice stop them.  "Photographs of the 369th Infantry and African Americans during World War I" http://ning.it/LQciXl tells the story in words and photographs of these brave and heroic men.
