The major work of the Million Father March 2010 is to get fathers to take their children back to school on the first day of school. Some cities will have already gone back to school before you and others will go back after you.
When men are involved in the educational lives of their children, children learn more and perform better in school and in life. We will list your city and your email address and your name in our national Million Father March 2010 directory.
We expect more than 600 cities across the world and about 800,000 men to participate in the Million Father March 2010. Men and women of all races are invited to participate in the Million Father March 2010 with their children or the children of their community.
The Million Father March 2010 is easy to manage and, with a minimum amount of effort, the Million Father March 2010 will make a big impact in your city.
Please see the attached flyer describing how easy it is to organize this event on the first day of school in your city. We will highlight your efforts around the country. You are going to love working with The Black Star Project. We will constantly send you information on managing the Million Father March.
